Wedding Packages
As everything is going Digital now these days. We have done a survey these last couple of years, and we found out that over half of you only want the images presented as High Resolution Digital Negatives for your own printing etc. Therefor we have decided from 2015 we will only be offering a USB Package that will contain all the final edit images from your wedding day. These images are all ready for you to print and use as you wish The USB will be presented in a personal case.

Questions & Answers:
Q: What does a full wedding shoot mean and what am I getting on the day?
A: Our full wedding shoot usually last for 6 hours. You the the option of having preparation photographs in the brides home or hotel in the morning and the groom and the grooms men at the pub if the distance between the two allows it. Don't worry I won't join in on the drinking... We will all meet up at the church. After the ceremony, portraits of the bridal party and bride and groom. At the drink reception, photos will are taken of family and friends. All the speeches will be covered. If you wish to have the cake cutting covered as well as the first dance, simply let us know, and we will include this. In other words we will be there from start to finish.
Q: How many photos do you usually shoot at a wedding?
A: Every wedding is different but usually a wedding shoot would be around 1000 to 1500 images.
All the RAW files will be edited, and only the best images will be included in the soft proofing. The images will be uploaded to your own private web gallery on our website as a (soft proof): Aprox 300 - 500 images will be used for the final selection of the images that again needs to be edited down to 70 - 100 images for your wedding album. Please be aware that you can of course add more pages to your album to add more images. (This is an exception of the Artemis 10x10 Album as the maximum pages are standard 40 pages)
Q: Do you charge travel expenses?
A: Nope not at all. We don't charge any travel expenses within Ireland.
But if we are asked to go to a location were we are required to stay over night due to alternative transport is needed such as any of the Island's like Inishbofin or the Aran Island's. Then accommodation is required to be covered due to transport / ferry times that might "crash" with your wedding time.
Q: Do you guys travel abroad for weddings if you are asked?
A: Yes in fact BosPhotography is a internationally service. The passport is always ready and the bags are packed.
We have photographed weddings in England, Scandinavia and in Holland to this date.
Q: Are you fully insured?
A: Yes.... Oh God yes! We would never dare to shoot a wedding without any insurance in place and you would be crazy if you hired a photographer that is not insured.
Q: Is the USB packages the only ones that we can choose from?
A: No not at all. No package is set in stone, you can make your own in fact. The price list is only to help you on your way and that we won't confuse you too much with all the other options that we can actually offer you. The packages on the price list are simply the most popular ones that we have for the brides and grooms.
Q: If we go for a USB package, can we buy an album at a later stage?
A: Yes of course. Any of the albums or add ons can be purchased at a later stage if you so wish. All our albums are made from the best quality that are available. Our albums starts from only €300 Please note that we have our own templates when it comes to album making. We do not custom build our album to each of our clients. This is because it takes to long and in hectic periods with location shoots, travelling and edits, we simply don't get the time.
Q: How many photos dos an album contain?
A: You will get around 300 to 500 images on your USB and from these images you can choose between 70 - 100 images for your wedding album. This compares of course on what size you prefer the images is going to be in your final album. Example; Do you prefer big images that will take most of the pages in your album or do you want small images so we can fit even more photos in the album. Normally we do a mix. Also please be aware which album you pick, size and how many pages you would like. Our most popular size album is 12x12" and all our albums starts with 40 pages. With nearly all of our Album selections you can add extra pages and select different sizes of the album. More pages equals more images. But we have one exception for this and thats the Artemis 10x10 Album as the maximum page selection is the standard 40 pages and its only available in the 10x10" size.
Q: If picking an album, can we pick the images for the album or do you do the picking?
A: Its all up to you guys.. If you want to pick the images for your own album then please do.
If you rather want us to do the picking then we can take all that hassle away and we will do all the hard work for you.
We will forward a pdf of our album layout before printing, and the best part is that usually if we pick the images you will most likely have the album delivered much quicker - within a month from your wedding day. As from experience when the bride and groom want to do the selection of what images should appear in the album, they find it really difficult to pick their favorite ones and it will automatically take much longer to make up their mind and therefor the album takes longer to make.
Q: When ordering an album, can we have a preview of the album before it goes to the final printing?
A: Of course you will. Before any printing of any album we will forward a pdf of the albums layout. This is called a soft proof. Please note that you can availe of 5 changes to your album free charges if you want to. After this a €20 per change will be applied.
Q: Do we get a web gallery?
A: Yes you will get your own personal password protected web gallery. This will allow you to share your images with family and friends and you or your family and friends can also purchase any prints if they so wish directly from the gallery
